What is rekie??
Rekie is a type of alternative medicine based on the concept that we all have a universal energy within us.if this energy becomes low, a person becomes sick.
This energy can be transferred from one person to another through the palm and thus transfer of this universal energy helps healing as well as physical and mental wellbeing.
It also helps in relaxation.
This technique is developed by Mikao Usui in 1922 in Japan.
The word rekie means mysterious atmosphere or miraculous sign.
It is also known as palm healing or hands on healing
Technique
This technique is performed in peaceful place.
The person sits on a comfortable chair or lies on a table.
Special music for rekie is played.
The practitioner places his palm on the specific area of the body according to person's requirement and uses different hand shapes for about 2-5 minutes.
The transfer of universal energy is caused through the palm.
The practitioner keeps the palm in one position until he feels that the energy transfer has been stopped.
Some practitioner will use crystal or chakra.
One session lasts for about 15-90 minutes and number of sessions are decided according to person's requirement and speed of healing.
