Exercise and health
The most important thing we can do for a good health is to have some exercise everyday
if possible.Cause health is the source of all happiness.Cause there is a proverb that"A healthy
mind lies in a healthy body".Even physical exercise controls our hunger and improve our helps.
At the same time it also reduces the the risk of our diabetes,stroke,disease,pressure of the
body,depression even many kind of cancers.

Exercise needs for all ages people.We can do exercise basically in two way.One is free hand
exercise and another is using instrument for exercise.Freehand exercise is so much populer
all over in whole world.cause we can do freehand exercise anywhere any time.Walking,running
and swimming is very good freehand exercise.we can do it everyday in the morning outside
of our home in a fresh air which works for whole body especially legs, hips,back, abdomen,
chest, shoulders, and arms.

As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.It could be walking
or swimming.If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to
exercise more.definitely don't forget to have rest into smaller sessions as long as each one lasts
at least 10 minutes which can give a good relaxation or rest to our muscles.

For a good health good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle.
Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and well being.Good nutrition gives
us energy which helps our body to build good muscles and to keep us active whole
day long.Even enjoyment of a healthy diet can also be one of the great cultural pleasures
of life.And for a good health all type of green vegetables and water is must for our body.
our human body is made of 70% of water so we need water everyday to keep our body in
balance.human body need at least 2 liters of water everday to keep active our body
functionalityand definitely we have to avoid all type of junk food like pizza,burger,subway,
all type of fries and soft drinks.cause they are highly unhealthy and contains so much fat and
sugar which is terribly harmful for our body.so maintaining those diet list with everyday
exercise we can also keep our body healthy.

There are so many things you can do to improve our quality of life but improving our diet
and exercising regularly are two of the easiest steps.cause we know that "Health is wealth".
without a healthy body and healthy mind we never ever think of a good life.
