Triple Citrus Bundt
Ingredients

3 c. general-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. sodium hydrogen carbonate
1 tsp. leavening
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. refined sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
8 oz. cheese, softened
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. grated lime zest
6 giant eggs, temperature
4 tsp. flavoring
Glaze
3 tbsp. fruit juice
2 tbsp. juice
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted

Make the Cake: heat kitchen appliance to 325 degrees F. Grease and gently flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.
In a giant bowl, whisk along flour, sodium hydrogen carbonate, leavening, cinnamon, and salt. in an exceedingly second bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat sugar, butter, cheese, and lemon, orange, and lime zest till swish. drill in eggs, one at a time, scraping facet of bowl pro re nata and drill in vanilla. In 2 batches, drill in flour mixture till simply combined.
Transfer batter to Bundt pan and swish prime. Bake till a pick inserted into center comes out clean, concerning one hour. Cool utterly on wire rack.
