A few sustenances don't fit into the five nutritional categories since they are a bit much for a solid eating regimen. These nourishments are called 'optional decisions' and they should just be eaten every so often. They have a tendency to be too high in either vitality (kilojoules), immersed fat, included sugars, included salt or liquor, and have low levels of vital supplements like fiber.

Precedents of 'optional decisions' or incidental nourishments are:

sweet scones, cakes, treats and cakes
