Dentists are expensive, consume your time and seeing them eventually reduces you life expectancy. I am Jack Will Love a Natural Doctor from Australia, I plan to create an entire series of easy steps you can take today to break the shackles of life that weigh us down from becoming our highest, wealthiest and healthiest selves. Here are 10 easy steps to follow so that you may avoid the dentist.

1. Eliminate sugar and hidden processed sugars from your diet.

 2. When you break the first rule, and you will make sure you bush your teeth asap after consumption.

 3. Always brush after alcohol consumption no matter how drunk you are.

 4. Use bicarb soda and 3% peroxide to brush your teeth (This is yuk at first but get over it).

 5. Start including mineral rich foods in your diet such as bone broths boiled for 24 hours and home grown salads.

 6. Use Colloidal Silver (natural bacteriostatic) as a mouth wash and spit this out.

 7. Listen to your body. If you feel the slightest pain or ache, brush your teeth immediately. If pain persists hold 2 drops of clove oil on the area with your finger for 60 seconds (Repeat this every 6 hours until pain has gone).

 8. First thing in the morning occasionally 'oil pull' the toxins out of your teeth with Coconut oil (20 mins).

 9. Occassionally brush with diatomaceous earth to remove parasites from the mouth.

 10. Occassionally brush with Bentonite clay to draw any heavy metal build up away from the mouth.

Maybe brush with activated charcoal sometimes too? I have some along with the diatomaceous earth and coconut oil.

Activated charcoal can certainly purify and detox the body :) I haven't tried brushing my teeth with it so I can't comment. It doesn't appeal to me, but I wouldn't write it off. Have you tried it?

Yes, I have done it a few times. There are people who make toothpowder, largely comprised of charcoal. Smokers and others claim that it whitens their yellow teeth.
