Water is a vital necessity. Because if the body lacks fluids, the body will become dehydrated and will also slow down the metabolic work system. So drink plenty of water as one of the conditions of healthy living.

First, sit down while drinking, just like sitting down when you eat. Drinking while standing can harm the kidneys because the water will go straight to the bladder without filtering.
Drink a sip and do not drink a full glass. Absorb slowly, swallow, then breath and repeat.
To meet daily water requirements, do not drink water at any one time. Should do periodically. For example by drinking 1 glass of water after waking up, 1 cup water before or after breakfast, 1 cup water before and after lunch, 1 cup water before and after dinner, and 1 glass before bed.
In order to get optimal health, at least drinking water at room temperature. Even better if the water is warm.
Thirty minutes before meals is the recommended time to drink water because it helps digestion work well. Meanwhile, drinking water during or just before or after meals can weaken the digestive juices and make them work less effectively.
For the same reason, do not drink plenty of water before or after you eat. Fill 50 percent with food, 25 percent with water, and 25 percent leave empty.
