Acid vs Alkaline
There is only two sides of chemistry, and we must understand these two sides.
If we don't understand these two sides of chemistry, we will not be able to know which is beneficial, and which is harmful.
It's important to start opening yourself to information that can potentially save you, and the ones you love most.
So lets begin by identifying these two sides of chemistry.
Let's first talk about the acid side of chemistry.
According to thoughco.com, An acid is a chemical species that donates protons or hydrogen ions and/or accepts electrons. The higher the concentration of hydrogen ions produced by an acid, the higher its acidity and the lower the pH of the solution.
This is basically where most people are in chemistry.
Acid hurts, damages, inflames,and kills.
What food sources are on the acidic side?
Foods such as meat, dairy, eggs, fish, starches, grains, and cooked food are acidic.
Drinks such as soda, packed fruit juices, sports drinks, plastic water, or any highly processed sugar drinks are acidic too, and because of cars and the industrial revolution, the air that we breathe is starting to become more acidic as well.
A ph scale states that anything with a ph lower than 7 is considered to be acidic.
Acidity is dangerous, and if you don't quit consuming acidic sources, you will suffer and you will deteriorate.
Now lets talk about the other side of chemistry, alkaline.
Alkaline is a base that dissolves in water.
Alkaline is where we need to be at in order to thrive in life.
What food sources are alkaline?
Foods such as fruits, and green vegetables are alkaline.
Water that comes from the mountains is alkaline as well.
According to a ph scale, anything that has a ph of 7 or over is considered to be alkaline.
What Do We Have To Do Now? ()
We have to now realize that we are all at the acidic side of chemistry, and we have to understand that we are not supposed to be acidic.
We are alkaline species, and we are supposed to consume alkaline based foods.
We have to get out of the myth of meat, dairy, eggs, starches, and fish being good for us.
They are most certainly not good for us, and they will do nothing but cause more harm to us.
If you look at the world today, you realize that the reason why things are the way they are is because we are on the wrong side of chemistry.
Our lifestyle, friends, family and other things play a role as well, but us being at the wrong side of chemistry is at the top of the pyramid.
Choose your path, and be wise with your decision.
I will be honest, I'm not perfect and I'm not always on the healthy side.
I sometimes have vegan junk food now and then, but mostly I try to be as alkaline and healthy as I can.
Remember, acid is evil, and alkaline is good! :)
the acid vs alkaline body is one of the powerful arguments for plant foods :) - most of the time though, people just need to experience the difference for themselves. Unfortunately, western culture is very much an overconsuming and materialistic philosophy where we don't like to deprive ourselves. but when someone gets cancer or heart disease they get that kick in the butt to find what healthy food really is to heal themselves.
