Today I am going to tell about ,how to do protected sex without condom and any other contraceptive device .this is generally seen that male not want to use condom and female does not want to pregnant .in this situation how to manage the period of sex.it is well described below.

There is misconception that during bleeding in menstrual cycle can lead to pregnancy .As a doctor I want to clarify here that bleeding period is safest period for the sex.

HOW TO KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE TO SEX OR NOT ??
Now I am going to the safe period for sex .you can calculate the unsafe period in which you should not sex with your partner.

HOW TO CALCULATE THIS UNSAFE PERIOD:
You can calculate it by your partner menstrual cycle period .unsafe period can be obtained by
Max. time period -10
Min.time period -18
For example :
Your partner menstrual cycle vary from 30days to 32 day then substract 10from 32 and 18 from 30 ....you get the unsafe period ,it is 12th day to 22nd days .this is the period in which you have to avoid sex ...then safe period in which you can sex without contraceptive measures. This is the first 12 days and last 8 or 10 days in above example .
First day of cycle is counted from first day of bleeding .this is very useful method to avoid pregnancy without use of any contraceptive method.
This unsafe period is calculated on the basis of ovulation and life span of ova and sperm .
Generally ovulation occurs on the 14th day of the menstrual cycle and a healthy ova can live up to 48 hours and a healthy sperm have life span to 72 hours. Then there is a risk of sperm to meet ova at 10 the day and 17 day of delivery in a normal cycle.
