Dysmenorrhea; What To Avoid / Eat
Dysmenorrhea is also known as painful periods, or menstrual cramps. This is the pain that is felt during menstruation. The pain occurs around the time that menstruation begins and in some cases can last up until menstruation is over. The pain is usually in the pelvis or lower abdomen.
Once menstruation begins, there are certain foods that one can eat to help one have a less painful menstruation, while some foods are to be avoided as they make the pains more severe. You can also put hot water in a bottle or whichever container you choose and place it on your stomach; It helps you have a less painful flow.
