According to the medical specialists, dates are responsible to increase body temperature and therefore it is more beneficial in the winter, however, it can be eaten in the summer, but not more than 2 or 3 dates in a day, so this fruit is also best for summer. Eating in high quantity not only cause to increase physical temperature but also other problems such as stomach pain etc.
