Loosing belly fat is very simple and easy process. I was 107 and now i am 78 after 4 months without going to gym. I will guide you through simple step which i followed.

Good sleep is must for loosing weight so if you are avoiding sleep do not do that. sleep increases your metabolism and helps your organs to work more effectively. Your body burns calories when you are sleeping. I used to sleep at 11:30 at woke up at 6:30.

Walk after dinner is essential and give miracle results. metabolism slows down in the evening and when we go to bed just after eating our digestion system suffer and fat starts accumulating. Exercise for at least 20–30 minutes .

The most essential step which i followed is green tea. I heard from many friends that it is very effective but now it was time to implement it . and seriously it give miraculous result. Not use just any green tea, Quality tea is essential. I tried 3 different brands in 1 months and then finally stuck to Santegrow full leaf green tea since i liked its taste and quality.

Cut sugar intake and eat little less that what your mind desire. Remove junk food from your schedule. Intake more water. Do not have to concentrate on water speciously. When your body needs water thirst automatically kicks in that how body work. So when ever you feel thirsty drink water.
