Vitamins and supplements have been around for a while. They are a company billions of dollars every year and every year it gets bigger. Their success is partly due to the fact that people were constantly looking for ways to get themselves more healthy and more control over their lives in a moment. Many people worldwide now rely on vitamins and supplements taken daily for vitamins and minerals they need for their lives.

Even if people have turned to vitamins and mineral supplements for a long time, have become increasingly popular since 1994, when Congress voted to amend the Food and Drug Administration for nutritional supplements. Since then, the industry has exploded, which means that all the malls and stores in the United States has fewer vitamins and minerals available to anyone. People everywhere are turning to self-medication with vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. The good thing is that trying to be healthy. When taken properly, and when taken by the right people at the right time in their lives, there may be many benefits for vitamins and minerals are considered supplements. As long as people do not overdo it, there really is no harm in taking the vitamins required for growth of body and good for good cell growth.

But even today there are arguments in the medical community as to whether or not vitamin supplements are very important and if people take them to their health. The fact of the matter is that they contain things that are good for our bodies, but these things and can come from somewhere, many of them might even be harmful. To really know, vitamins and minerals are going to benefit your family, you should check the local doctor. He can give you the necessary information to make educated conclusions about the usefulness of vitamins and minerals for you.

I've taken vitamins for years, but recently become more skeptical. As your images suggest I think a better way forward is to focus on organic, raw fruits and vegetables, with a couple of exceptions.
Vitamin D if you live in the northern hemisphere and lack sunshine in the winter months.
Omega 3 supplements if your diet lacks oily fish.
Liposomal vitamin C (not the high street acetic acid variety) if you are sick.
There are a few other supplements and minerals that certain individuals might need depending on their individual circumstance.
One thing you can't do is take vitamins and then get away with eating unhealthy foods. The thing that vitamins really lack are the enzymes and living organisms that are available in living foods.

I'm Oatmeal and love vitamin. My mom homeschooled me and my siblings. Gave us Calcium, Vitamin C, D, E, A, and others. Love beans and nuts, too. There are different kinds of calcium: some from rocks and others from animals, from life. Love your photos. Lovely. Upvoted. Resteemed.
