Turning my problems into solutions
Sometimes good things come out of a bad situation. I never knew I had a leaning towards music , health, finances and many other things until I found myself with a need to find a way to escape from narcissistic situations. I was working at the time at a job where there are certain players who run the show, and if they perceive you to not play the game the way they want you too, they begin to deploy certain tactics against you. These are some of the same tactics a narcissistic partner might try on you, but in this situation it was a group of people.
Something triggers them. This causes them to run what is called a smear campaign against you, using lies, gossip, rumors and labels. Turning others away from you. These things begin to mushroom and an air of paranoia engulfs others concerning you and you are left with low self worth and doubts about yourself. At first I did not know what was happening, but when new people started giving me the silent treatment for no reason. I knew something was up.
They become whats called flying monkeys These same people watch your every move and twist things around and report to the higher ups or tell others everything you are doing. They will lie and exaggerate. All this is done to isolate you and keep you in your "place".
If you do get promoted or already have a good position. Work place narcissist who operate in groups will use the positions of themselves and or of others using whatever may be at their disposal to get you to leave and or to get you fired.
Out of this workplace mobbing a new person has been born. I have discovered a love for music, and since health problems arose out of this, I had to learn how to heal myself. I also learned alot about narcissism, and that I am not alone, and how to deal with it, and what things I can do about it.
Point of this story.... You choose to let situations and or problems either work against you or for you. This is what I am learning to do and hope to help others do as well. I hope to educate people about health, narcissism, and many other things that were born out of my life experiences.
