One medium mango has solely one hundred thirty calories, over three grams of dietary fiber, and substantial amounts of antioxidant, vitamin A, and even a bit little bit of Ca. Mangoes contain a lot of sugar than a number of the opposite fruits listed here, thus eat them carefully.

Mangoes are my favorite and it is not only tasty but also having numerous health benefits and in summer it is the best fruit available in the market relatively at a cheaper price. Thank you.

Mangoes are a really healthy fruit! I also know that it depends on it's state. If it's green it contains higher amounts of vitamin C, and as it gets more mature and orange it contains higher amounts of vitamin A and beta carotene.
