Short Healthy Tips - Water

Start your day with water immediately when you wake up.

When you wake up drink a good glass of water and start your breakfast a half an hour later. This ensures good digestion of the food that comes afterwards, of course, make sure you drink enough water throughout the day. Drinking enough water prevents many diseases and removes your waste material from your body.

Try this easy task daily and start your day good. Set the soda drinks aside for one week and I think you never go back to it.
