Recipe: Gingershot


INGREDIENTS
About 5 dl

200 g fresh ginger
5 dl of water
2 lemons
2 teaspoons honey


DO LIKE THIS:
Peal and chop the ginger and put in a pan of water. Heat the water but do not let the water boil. If the water is warmer than 60 degrees, the effect is reduced!

The more ginger you have in, and the smaller the water - the stronger!

Leave this on the stove for a while. Then drain the decoction and cool it down. Squeeze in lemon juice. Do you want a cure for cold? Have a little honey aswell

The Ginger shoot are good for 1-2 weeks in the fridge.

You can also put other healthy things into your ginger shot to make it even more healthyl, try to use honey, chilli or turmeric.

The more super foods the better, at least psychological, effect. Honey, turmeric, lemon and chili are great to combine with ginger.
