The heart muscle performs a very similar exercise to opening and closing the hand, but it does unceasingly, without stopping, from birth to death, and without tiring, as long as it is maintained in good health.

Eat enough quantities of fresh fruit per day. Juice is nothing compared to eating of fruits due to its rich fibre content and other natural sugars and flavours.

-Reduce salt and sugar Consumption

Honey,brown sugars can be used to replace white sugar and there should be less intake of salt.

- whole grain bread and pasta should be eaten in place of white bread and refined pasta
