Tips and Simple Habits to maintain brain health
Not just the body, brain health should also be maintained. If our brains are not healthy, then it will affect the whole body. You can experience a mental disorder. The human brain is still a mystery. Researchers have not been able to find an answer as to why the brain can grow to the size of the case rather than the proportion of our agency. This is different from other mammals with brains smaller. Scientists also have not been able to explain all functions of the brain and the actual performance. The brain has veins more than 160,000. The human brain consumes 17% of energy and 20% oxygen in the body. When you wake up, then the brain is able to generate energy to power a light bulb. The brain is more active when a person is sleeping. Any mystery that exists in the brain, the fact is that the brain has a very important role for the welfare and health of human life so that care for the brain is mandatory. The brain apparently can continue to experience growth by way of forming new neurons are interconnected. If we maintain brain health properly, then the brain will continue to be healthy and still function properly. There are some tips for maintaining brain health as follows:
Pay attention to the consumption of food and drink
The food is great for maintaining heart health turns out to be too good for brain health. This also applies on the drinks you consume. The brain consists of water as much as 75% so you don't keep the lack of fluids. Expand drinking water and do not consume alcohol that will damage the health of your brain. Exercise
Sports can improve the health of the body and the brain. Exercise can increase oxygen in the blood. Sports such as aerobics done regularly can increase the growth of neurons and strengthen the connections between neurons in the brain.
Train your brain
How to train the brain is constantly learning something new or undergo activity in a new way. You can learn a new language, new hobbies, and so on. You can pass a new route when heading off to the Office. Habits that you normally do using the right hand can be modified using the left hand. For example when combing hair, brushing my teeth, etc.
Avoid obesity

You should always take the time to read the book. Fiction book could make the brain continue to think the storyline happens and characters in the book while the non fiction book will help the brain to recognize new facts in various fields such as law, health, politics, and so on.

Scientists from Australia said that the scent of the grass trimmed could work on the brain at the memory and emotions.
