RE: Tips for dealing with anxiety

in #health7 years ago (edited)

Anxiety (and depression) are fascinating in that there are so many variables that can cause it. Past life traumas can we even contribute. But, I think more times than not it's childhood traumas from this life along with physical health. I'm learning that heavy metal toxicity can cause anxiety. Heavy metals are something that every single person on this planet has to deal with. They short out neurotransmitters and cause overwhelm. As I do my heavy metal detox and heal from chronic illness, my nervous system is healing and my anxiety (that was through the roof and literally constant for 2 years) has gone away. I'd be curious to see if someone who's main complaint is anxiety would find amazing relief through a heavy metal detox. I just did a video on it, here :)
