The inspirational story of the couple who lost 160 pounds while exercising together

At this time of this year, many people have already forgotten all the goals and intentions they have set themselves at New Year's Eve, but not this couple. In fact, they have maintained a goal for 18 months and have made remarkable progress.

On January 1, 2016, Lexi and Danny Reed had decided to start losing weight together, and so they began to train, took care of food and, most importantly, supported each other at every step of this journey.

Since then, the couple lost 160 pounds together and still do not want to stop!

Their plan was extremely straightforward - they began to count the calories they consumed, set new goals every time and trained five times a week. There was no need for surgery, for a nutritionist, for personal trainer or different steps.

They were just ready to change and live a healthier life.

Lexi also documented her health and fitness progress in social networks as well. When she had begun her journey, she had weighed 220 kilos and had only one purpose: to exercise for at least 30 minutes, five times a week. Now she is taught how to count calories, how to cook healthy foods and how to take care of her body.

Both Danny and Lexi continue to share their new lifestyle on social networks with others and hope they can motivate others to live healthier.
