MOON PHASE CLEANSE

Over the years I've challenged myself to many different cleanse and health goals. I justify my wild side with the theory of balance haha.... I suppose sometime the life swings a bit more in one direction then another. The thing for me anyway, is I need to at times remind myself who is in charge of my actions so easy to justify a good time believe me I've been through them all in quite sometime now. Starting today until the next full moon I plan to honor this body of mine with only goodness, healthy food, excersize, positive intention, etc. Without get too detailed about the extents of my vices let it just be said from past experience I expect a bit of a roller coaster ride, here's hoping for full success and will try not to illustrate any totally bat shit crazy emotions throughout this journey.
