Yellow Ribbon Run 2017
I guess I am preparing for this 10KM run abit late which is scheduled on 17 Sept 2017. Started running 7KM on Thursday, 24 Aug and 7.5KM on Sat, 26 Aug. Just trying to build up my mileage slowly before I do interval running to improve my timing. There is a risk of injury for doing too much after I was away from running for 3 months. Hoping for the best to stay injury-free!
