This Is What Happens To Your Body When You Eat Grapefruit!
Yummm! Grapefruits are so delicious!
I eat one to two grapefruits a week. But I've read where eating one a day is recommended. I was eating one grapefruit a day but because it's a very acidic fruit, it was making my gums really sensitive so I had to cut back on my consumption.
It also fills you up as if you had eaten a normal meal. :-)
This video explains the different ways you can get the benefits from eating grapefruit. Grapefruit gets a bad rap because it's said to not eat with certain prescription drugs. But if you're not on those pesky prescription drugs, it's an amazing fruit to include in your diet.
