I tend to pull away from the system and believe in taking responsibility for my health, using more preventative medicines that just pills that often just suppress symptoms and really never get down to the root cause of our disease. It is rather scary how the powers to be are controlling us more and more! Thanks you for this reminder to be more mindful of the health treatments and not to just blindly follow doctors advise. It really bothers me when patients totally turn themselves over to the doctors not really taking any part in their healing!
