images.pngimage source. Alot of people are ignorant of what they intake into their bodies,especially this so called soft drinks. "yeah", I know it's a way of relaxation, enjoyment, fun. But do you ever consider it adverse effects on your health.
These so-called soft drinks are responsible for the 50 percent tooth decay, type 2 obesity and diabetes all over the world.

Coca-Cola?
Coca-Cola also known as coke is a soft drink that has or contain high carbon contents. It was manufactured by the Coca-Cola company in the 19th century by "John Pemberton".

Why should I stop drinking Coca-Cola?

The drink Coca-Cola is highly carbonated and has a very high sugar content. Approximately, a can of Coca-Cola contains 10 teaspoons of sugar.
The intensive sweetness In coca would make us vomit normally, but the phosphoric acid in it kills the sweetness and makes us to keep on drinking.
