Women have on our shoulders the great responsibility that represents carrying in our womb a baby, its subsequent birth with all the pain and the usual feeding or breastfeeding that creature ... we are life-giving.
Because we have that great responsibility, as well as many others, perhaps we neglect a little the health of our breasts. Our breasts are an important part of our anatomy and our femininity. That is why we must take into account certain signals that indicate when something in them is not working properly. We must do periodic medical check-ups to rule out alternate ills and deepen those visits when we have a family history of cancer.
We must be alert to these symptoms:
Breast hardening
Orange or reddish skin.
Slit in a nipple.
Redness without reason or extreme heat in the breasts.
Growing vein
Holes in the skin.
Hidden package
Asymmetry
Blood secretion
Dimples, folds, protrusions or roughness in the skin of the breasts
Inflammation or pain
Itching, scales, sores or rashes.
You should do hand exams to look for abnormalities in moms. The prevention of breast cancer is everyone's job.
