8 Ways On How You Can EASILY Get Rid Of Stubborn BellyFat Without Exercise

Let's be realistic guys, getting rid of belly fat is VERY challenging. I have been trying for years to get rid of it and nothing seems to work. It is easy to put on and unfortunately hard to get rid of, which is why I have decided to make my first post in ways the average person can lose belly fat WITHOUT exercise. Lol how cool is that? :)

  1. Start your day with lemon juice - it is very important that you drink lemon juice BEFORE you have breakfast. Squeeze some lemon juice into a small glass and add water to it. I strongly recommend you add salt but that is optional. Repeat this process every morning. It boosts your metabolism and helps you to get rid of that paunch.

  2. Stay away from excessive white rice intake - I'm not saying you cannot have white rice every now and then but limit the amount you consume. Instead, fill your diet with whole wheat products such as brown rice, brown bread, oats and whole grains.

  3. Avoid sweets as much as you can - this is a hard one I know for most (if not all lol). Regardless we must stay away from sugary substances such as candy, cakes, cookies and sweetened drinks. Consuming these foods can increase body fat around various areas in your body such as abdomen and thighs.

  4. Drink plenty of water - It is advised that we should drink at least half our weight (in ounces) of water every single day. For example, lets say you weigh 200 lbs, then you would try to consume 100oz of water daily.
    This was very difficult for me knowing that I once weighed 403 lbs, hence I couldn't drink 200oz of water daily so I drank as much as I could and I advise you all to do the same.

  5. Eat raw garlic once per day - chew one to three cloves of garlic every morning (along with the lemon juice). This treatment will double the weight loss process and also helps blood circulation in your body.

  6. Avoid non-veg foods - if you are on a mission to get rid of unwanted belly fat then it is best to avoid non-vegetarian foods as much as you can.

  7. Load up on fruits and vegetables - consume a bowl of fruits everyday in the morning as well as in the evenings. This will surely fill you up with antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.

  8. Lastly, spice up your cooking - Use spices like ginger, garlic, and black pepper in your cooking. These spices are loaded with health benefits! They help to improve insulin resistance and reduce levels of sugar in your blood.

I really hope you now have an idea on how to lose abdominal fat and keep it off! I have been getting awesome results ever since I started implementing these.
