Adaptogenic mushroom extracts are a natural way to improve the health and wellness of an individual. Mushrooms have been around since the ancient times. We have evolved naturally by eating mushrooms. There are plenty of health benefits to eating the right types of mushrooms. Many of these ancient mushrooms are highly sort after for the their traditional healing properties. You could even consider some of these mushrooms as "superfoods." When taken with other healthy foods in a whole food, all natural diet, these adapotgenic mushrooms have a supercharging synergistic effect to boost one's health.
One of the ancient mushroom types is called Chaga. Chaga is known as "King of the Mushrooms." This regal mushroom has been used as a health tonic for thousands of years by traditional Chinese herbalists and indigenous cultures in Northern Europe, Russian, and North America. Chaga is an immune boosting tonic herb that optimizes full body health and well-being. Chaga is a rich source of Betulinic Acid, Melanin, B vitamins and zine. Melanin protects DNA from free radicals ans supports cell regeneration.
You can find chaga mushrooms extracted into a powder form. If you use this method, make sure to purchase from a company that uses pure, natural and certified organic bio-active ingredients to get the most out of your mushrooms. You want your ingredients to be 100 percent plant based and GMO-free. There should be no dairy, gluten, fillers, preservatives, or artificial additives in any of the ingredients. good to see that lots of people are interested in the healing mushrooms. I just did a workshop about this specific tree mushrooms on the Transylvania Calling 2019 in Romania. There are lots of fantastic mushrooms which are gone in Austria already. Kind regards!
