Good morning fellow steemians ,i just wanna share how effective of the herbal medicine called "lagundi".do you believe that lagundi leaves is an effective herbal medicine for colds,cough,and asthma?well i do believe that lagundi leaves is an effective herbal medicine ,because based in my experience as a mother everytime my baby have a cough i always use lagundi leaves for his/her cough . and i have proven that lagundi leaves is an effective herbal medine because after three days cough will gone. And theres nothing to worry about the lagundi leaves because there is no side effect if you drink this kind of a herbal medicine because lagundi can contain anti-inflamatory properties and anti-hestamine.thats why there are many filipinos uses lagundi because of a fast and very effective herbal medicine.

I have five steps on how to prepare the herbal medicine called "lagundi"

1.get 20 leaves of a healthy lagundi leaves.
2.wash well
3.dry the lagundi then put in the pots
4.add water to the pots including the lagundi leaves then boil after 30 minutes.
5.then after 30 minutes ,lagundi is ready to drink then let it cool first before drinking.
