Alzheimer's and Tau Proteins

in #health7 years ago

Hi dear friends,

I would like to share with you the information I have about a subject that interests me.

First, I want to give you a brief information about Alzheimer's. Then let's look at the research on Tau protein together.   Alzheimer's disease is the deterioration of mental and social abilities resulting from the deterioration of healthy brain tissue. This is the result of abnormal brain processes, not old age. Among the causes of Alzheimer's disease are hereditary factors, protein accumulation in the brain, the death of brain cells, and the deterioration of neural conductors. Alzheimer's disease is the most common form of dementia. Alzheimer's will start to show the effect recently. Remember the time or location of the disease with progression, continues in the form of mixing.

People with Alzheimer's disease are two types of protein that form abnormal nonclustered in the brain. These are tau protein and b amyloid. Tau proteins are found in neurons, while B amyloid proteins form plates outside the brain cells. Tau proteins are found in a large amount of nerve cells. When Tau proteins become defective and the microtubules are not sufficiently stabilized, Alzheimer's disease may develop.

The study, published by a research team led by Dr. Pedro Rosa-Neto at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, obtained evidence that the interaction between these two proteins for the first time caused damage.   According to Dr. Rosa-Neto's description; These two proteins lead to the increased toxic effects of each other. This results in the loss of function in the brain, which is also indicative of Alzheimer's disease. Previously, we could say that the theories in a single protein caused the disease to progress in a sense of decay.

Now let's see what we should do to avoid the damages of these two proteins that increase the risk of Alzheimer's...   If we spend long hours in our daily lives and add to the stress of intense communication, we increase the brain chemistry of amyloid and TAU protein hundreds of times. As well as the work of each cell, the brain cells are removed as a result of the wastes. Both these wastes and protein deposits are excreted through blood circulation. In the work carried out on mice, this cleansing has been shown to be more asleep. It is also possible to delay the symptoms of Alzheimer's because the protein deposits found in the brain of a person who sleeps 8 hours a day are better cleaned.   Brain nerve and spinal surgery specialist Prof. Dr. Gökhan Akdemir, in an interview he said: ' Cerebrospinal fluid in the brain is renewed 3 times a day in regular water consumption. This regeneration situation also allows the brain to be cleaned better than protein deposits. The person's thirst or the daily regular water consumption may cause many problems in the body, as well as the reduction of cerespinal fluid. The symptoms of Alzheimer's that may arise in the early stages of regular sleep and water consumption can be postponed to further ages. "   Prof. Dr. Akdemir said that the inability of protein deposits such as Beta-amyloid and tau left behind while the nerve cells were functioning triggered the formation of Alzheimer's.

I'll thank you for taking the time to read it.
