We would recommend a very good quality olive oil such as a Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a dark glass bottle (never clear) with low acidity (< 3%), Cold Pressed-Extracted and preferably from the Koroneiki variety olive .
One bottle (1Lt) will last you around 2 months if you take it daily, that's around 33 cents per day (at US $20 per Lt). For 33 cents you are getting one of the best "medicines"
