Anxiety and Depression are two different things. Anxiety is a form of emotion characterized by unpleasant feelings caused by inner turmoil

While depression itself is a chronic condition where a person feels continual sadness or despair. But usually, people who are depressed will experience excessive anxiety, such as feeling restless, insomnia, irritability and difficulty focusing

Whereas Fear is part of human's natural instinct for survival. Fear will help you realize that there is a danger so that you want to stay away and protect yourself from the danger that comes.

Ways to Eliminate Excessive Fear
Find Time to Calm Yourself
Overcoming fear requires a relaxed mind and no stress. Therefore, the main thing you have to do is calm yourself both physically and mentally. This can be done by drinking water, breathing deeply or looking for a diversion from fear itself.
Recognize Triggers and Fear and Anxiety
To be able to get rid of excessive fear and anxiety, you must know what triggers you to make yourself afraid.

That way you will easily focus on finding ways to reduce the problem, rather than avoiding those who will ultimately bear fruit to be negative.
Build Self Confidence
One thing that will accelerate overcoming excessive fear and anxiety is to have strong self-confidence. Avoiding fear will only make the fear increase.
Fight the fear that you experience now or do things that you have previously avoided, it will reduce your emotional response to your fears.
Imagine the worst thing that can happen
By estimating the worst thing that will happen from the fear that you feel will reduce your fear of experiencing.

Apart from that by realizing the worst that will happen, the brain will begin to recognize the impending threat, increasing anxiety and encouraging you to be better prepared to deal with it.
Positive thinking
Positive thinking seems easy to say but it is very difficult to do when when you are scared. but not so if we really are able to think about the fear we are experiencing.

For example, we are afraid that our test scores will plummet and are threatened by a downturn in the CPI, but if we think that we are able to do it, we will be free from excessive fear and anxiety.
Take control of stress
Fear often comes along with stress and of course it will make it difficult for you to experience fear.

all you have to do is avoid excessive anxiety by doing things that can get rid of your stress, like doing things that can keep you busy.
