Habits leading to hell
We often do something that is contrary to our values and internal motives. We know many people, but almost do not know anything about ourselves. And over the years of life overgrown with habits, which, rather, harm. Here are some of them.
Habits
- Be perfect. Of course, we need to strive for this, but in many areas we will remain imperfect.
- To live in the past and worry too much about the future. The past has ended and the only thing it is useful for is experience. And the future needs to be formed today, doing what is in our power.
- To complain. This habit is so common that it is no longer considered something bad. In fact, it leads to a variety of mental problems.
- Be offended. Resentment is a symptom of the victim's syndrome and does not bring anything good.
- Lie. In the long run, a lie is revealed or leads to the fact that you have to lie more and more.
- Buy things that are not needed. Any unnecessary thing kills the opportunity to buy an important, leads to debt and reactive thinking.
- Blame others for their failures. Take responsibility for everything that happens to you. Even for what other people do to you.
- Find simple ways where you need to work hard on yourself. There is no magic pill. You can not read 10 books on wealth and success and get rich. Ultimately, only work matters.
- Make promises that you can not keep. This spoils reputation and attitude towards you. If you do not know if you can keep your word, do not give it. Better then pleasantly surprise a person, than to disappoint.
- Do not be able to control thoughts and emotions. Such people consider themselves sincere, but in reality they simply do not know how to cope with themselves.
