Replenish your Electrolytes after Cycling
Cycling is a great way to stay fit and explore your local neighborhood or your city at large so get out there and get peddling!
Things to remember:
- Wear safe and sturdy footwear
- Wear a helmet
- Wear sunglasses (protects eyes from debris and bugs:)
- Bring a bottle of water
- Bring a compact and healthy snack
- Carry a small pump (mounted to bike)
- Carry a small amount of change for unexpected stops
- Carry your ID
- Pack your phone in your bike pouch or in your pocket
- Bring a jacket and gloves you can simply peel off if you get too hot

4 Cubes of Aloe Vera
2 Oranges
Take all ingredients and pass through your juicer. Squirt a wedge of lemon or lime and enjoy.
