Those who want to lose weight through diet, they must start eating in the morning and drinking water. The body's metabolism increases by 24% every morning after eating at least 16 ounce yolks of hot water. And the increase in digestive power does not mean to give fat in the body. Instead of losing weight, eat enough food instead of weight loss and in the morning with one glass of empty stomach - easy and useful. This reduces the smoothness of the digestive process. So get up in the morning and activate your digestive system daily through a glass of water. This will not cause fear of constipation. (5) The brain will be active:

If the blood movement is normal in the brain, the brain moves faster. We all know, a large part of the blood, along with water, other liquids. Increases blood flow in the brain after drinking water in the morning. As a result, your brain will become energized.

(6) Other diseases also decrease:

It is possible to reduce the incidence of vomiting, throat problems, menstrual problems, diarrhea, kidney problems, arthritis, headaches etc. through just one glass of water every morning. In addition, it also helps in the process of developing new blood cells and pistachios.


Drinking water from sleep helps prevent kidney stones and urinary tract infections. The presence of water in empty stomach helps in stomach acids become thin. This acid is responsible for the formation of kidney stones. Various types of bladder infections caused by toxins are preserved in the presence of adequate amount of water.


At least one glass of water is useful to wake up in the morning. Then it is better to not eat anything in 1 hour. Do not drink water at lunch and dinner for 2 hours. For a healthy person, at least 2 liters of water is the right amount. However, depending on the type of living and the seasons, water requirements may be less.
