Everyone wants smooth, radiant skin. What you eat can bring you closer to that goal. While there is no magic food that whisks the wrinkles away, the basics are simple. And chances are, you know them by heart:
Serve yourself: A cup of pomegranate seeds — not just juice — every week, suggests Jackie Newgent, RD, a nutritionist based in New York City.
NMN-containing foods
In the study mentioned above, the mice that drank the supplemented water actually ate more than the control group and gained less weight. While we already know not to expect results as dramatic as those in the study, it can't hurt to stock up on tomatoes, avocados, edamame, broccoli, and cucumbers.
Mushrooms: are one of the few foods that naturally contain vitamin D, a vitamin most people don't have enough of," say Lyssie Lakatos and Tammy Lakatos Shames, The Nutrition Twins. Without vitamin D, you can't properly absorb calcium, which will lead to osteoporosis, broken bones and a hunched spine, and nothing ages you more than that.
Tomatoes:
Eating these veggies may ward off UV-induced damage like wrinkles, thanks to lycopene, the pigment that gives them their rich red color. And cooked tomatoes are good for your skin, too.
Berries:
Pick a berry, any berry. The antioxidants they contain are crucial for keeping you young.
Hemp Seeds
Before you shriek and hide from tie-dye and Birkenstocks, relax. Hemp seeds are actually good for your skin. They help improve firmness and radiance. Eat hemp seeds raw as heat will destroy their delicate oils. Toss them over a kale and avocado salad, add them to a mango smoothie for an extra protein boost, or make a raw tabouli salad with hemp seeds, parsley, tomatoes, and lime juice.
Red Wine:
The reason you hear red wine in the news so much is because for several years now doctors have been recommending it to their patients as a way to keep their hearts healthy, but also it contains an element known as resveratrol, which been proven to block diseases from forming in the body.
GARLIC:
This very rich and strong herb slows the aging process. Garlic has other healing properties, such as cold prevention, wart removal, and to treat athlete’s foot. Garlic is a definite add-on to any diet. An easy and delicious recipe to try is Garlic Chicken. Also, adding garlic powder to water is a great way to add this herb to your diet.
Salmon:
Fatty fish like salmon are rich in lean protein to build muscle and omega-3 fats, supporting heart and nervous system health, as well as shiny and healthy skin and hair.
If salmon’s not your favorite, include other oil-rich fish like blue fish, sardines, mussels, herring, trout or halibut. These are also low-mercury fish. Consume a minimum of two servings a week. A portion = the size of a computer mouse...

I don't think people know how important nutrition really is, specially in the US. People have been brain washed in just counting colors, i am sorry to say that.
