Detox your body and deep cleanse your Blood!
Have you ever feel bloated for no reason? Aches and pains inside your body? Fatigue? Or are you struggling with weight?

Well, I myself struggling with weight loss since childhood, I have tried several crash diets, exercises etc but I left everything in the middle. For some people around me, prescription weight loss drugs helped, so being a lazy ass I started taking weight loss pills!! And it didn’t work for me.
There are several factors that are making it extra challenging for me:
- I don’t sleep well.
- Health issues (Elevated insulin level)
- Working late shifts.
- Junk food.
- No exercise.
- Sitting 9-10 hours a day at work.

Last night I came to know about Detoxification from one of an experienced health experts. So I did some research on my own as well. Let me share some information with all of you.

Inflammation can also occur inside our body too in a silent way, where we don’t even know it is happening. But your body will give you several clues, pay attention to these signs because if not addressed, they may cause serious health problems.

There are many detoxification programs and detox recipes available on the internet. It would be great to get the help of experts to choose the best one according to your needs.
Few tips are:
- Gradually start eating healthy.
- Breathe deeply to allow oxygen to circulate completely through your system.
- Exercise 1-hour daily, or 30 mins - dancing will do.
- Try detox water of your choice (I pefer Classic Cucumber, Lemon, ginger, mint water).
- Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet (Organic Lemons, Berries, Asparagus, Kale, Parsley, Raw Cabbage, Carrots, Ginger, Beet roots).
- Spices and Sweeteners (Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Pink Salt, Ground Cinnamon & Honey)
- Proteins and Fats (Organic Meat and eggs) & Coconut Oil
