Want to increase your protein intake? Try snacking on these!
-- 1 turkey sausage + 20g lighter cheese
-- Small packet of beef jerky
-- 1 rice cake with 1 tbsp peanut butter
-- Homemade cookie dough protein bar (recipe on my website)
-- 170g pot of 0% fat Greek yoghurt
-- 2 medium sized boiled eggs
These are some of my favourite snacks to help hit my protein goals each day.
