Reasons Not Wearing Underwear Good for the Vagina
Not wearing underwear (underwear) during sleep may be a way to maintain the health of a woman's vagina.
Dr. Vanessa Mackay, spokeswoman for the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists says wearing underwear all the time can cause irritation in the intimate organs.
That is why, he suggested that people do not wear underwear while sleeping to avoid the risk of vaginal inflammation caused by fungal infections.
"Mushrooms thrive on warm, moist, so avoid using tight underwear to prevent infection," he added.
In most cases, vaginal yeast infections are usually treated with oral or cream medications. However, this condition can certainly interfere with women during the move because it feels itchy and painful when urinating or having sex.
MacKay suggests that women wear cotton underwear during the day to reduce the risk of infection, change underwear after exercise and make sure to wear clean underwear every day.
"Make sure to also wash it with a detergent that does not contain perfume or hypoallergenic, thus reducing the risk of irritation in those with sensitive skin," he said.
In addition, MacKay also reminded that you do not wear tight jeans every liver because it can circulate the air around disturbed intimate organs that increase the risk of fungal and bacterial infections.
