Nowadays many people have switched from consuming cow's milk to soy milk, the reason being that soy milk is a protein source that is no less good than cow's milk. Not only that, soy milk is also more suitable and safe for everyone to eat than cow's milk, because for some people with certain medical history it is not recommended to consume cow's milk. Here are some of the advantages of soy milk compared to cow's milk that you must know!

The benefits of soy milk are very effective for several health problems, high protein content and vitamins and minerals can help with the following problems:

Soy milk is a very complete source of protein needed by the body. Soy contains nine essential amino acids. How to make soy milk

Material:

250 grams of soybeans
1.5 liters of water
150 grams of sugar
3 pieces of pandan leaves
Little vanilla powder (optional)

How to make:

Wash the soybeans, soak overnight at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Peel the skin, so that the milk produced is not brownish
Blend with water
Strain 2-3 times with a cloth, discard the dregs

Ready served both warm and cold.
Store milk in the refrigerator, hold about 3 daily.
