Iron and the Elements/Minerals of the Human Body - Protect yourself from ailments

Here are some focused points on the health of the human body. Since your blood runs through your heart, other organs, your lungs, and to the rest of the body, it is important to keep your blood purified. It should flow like water through your veins instead of molasses. The quickest way to accomplish this is to drink only spring/purified water and follow a raw vegan diet, with plenty of leafy greens. The quickest way to reverse disease is to eat as many greens as possible with plenty of fast days during your weeks. And here's why...

Leafy greens like kale, romaine lettuce, swiss chard, and spinach contain mostly chlorophyll. Chlorophyll contains magnesium in the center of the same molecule as hemoglobin in your blood. The only difference, iron being at the center. Your body can convert these greens to iron in the blood easily cleansing the blood efficiently.

Your blood is made up of iron. Iron acts as a magnet that pulls nutrients and minerals to the parts of the body that needs them. Without the purest iron sources, the elements and minerals are less likely to be absorbed and find their way to various organs for bodily functions.

The human body requires 102 essential elements and minerals for human life. As Dr. Sebi promotes, sea moss is the highest in density of these elements and minerals, containing 99 of them! This is remarkable. Nothing comes even close to the nutritional value of sea moss. The next highest density of these essentials come from Himalayan pink salt, containing 77 of them. This salt is possibly the most alkaline of substances for the human body, if consumed at the right times in the right amounts. It is 4 million years old and would survive another 4 million years mined deep in the Himalayan mountains. You can substitute it for your table salt or add it to your water in the morning. However, without the necessary iron from pure iron sources, like iron pills nor other claims in diet products and foods claiming to contain "iron", we will struggle to spread the essential elements and minerals to the heart, lungs, feet, hands, brain, joints, and spine.

Fortunately, we can consume sarsaparilla, the purest form of iron we can find! This contains one of the highest iron contents on the planet. With the appropriate sources of the purest iron, we can absorb ALL of the minerals and elements from the sea moss, himalayan pink salt, and all your fruits, vegetables, and more! Dr. Sebi says 'In taking pure iron sources, we are in essence taking the rest of the minerals we need for the body.'

*My recommendation would be sea moss, sarsaparilla, and Himalayan pink salt with your cleansing, low or no caffeine tea. This is after at least 3-5 cups of water in the morning. Your diet should contain mostly Dr. Sebi foods from the Dr. Sebi List with a mostly raw vegan diet for the best effects. Include 1-2 days of fasting each week. One water fast and one dry fast would be fine. Drink strictly spring water or purified water (1 gallon a day) as recommended from Dr. Sebi. You should reap great effects on energy, sleep, and more!
