Cutting back on soda

I am like most people. Love the sweets. A lot of people have a sweet tooth and can quench that with soda. Everybody know that soda is not good for you, still you cannot help yourself. A little trick I use to cut back on soda is to substitute it with green tea. I have been using Arizona Green Tea Zero with Ginseng (no paid endorsement). It has zeros across the board except for 10mg of sodium per 8 fluid oz. serving. Use it in place of that can of soda and you may feel better. I like tea and this has helped my cut back on the soda drinking. It may help you also. Give it a try and see. There are many types of tea and green tea. Research and experiment and you may find a solution to your soda addiction (if you have one). As always be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Its important to stay hydrated.
