"A man was walking along the street, and suddenly he slumps and he dies."
"He slept last night and never wake up again."
"He was complaining of a serious headache, and next he died". And so on so forth.
So much that we cannot count or remember how it happened. It's all about health.
Our lifestyles, eating habit, nutrition, to an extent, determine how well we live and how long we'll last.
Our surroundings have become so contaminated that most lives are cut short.
People die mysteriously - not knowing what exactly killed them.
God had his work perfect when he made Man and kept him in the garden of Eden filled with plants - all green, and put the animals around him. He, however, gave a rule restricting the man from doing certain things. Man has today grown so smart that he now knows more than his creator - The source of the problems of Man.
Today, you see everywhere is filled with pollutive fumes, chemicals and a lot of harmful elements.
These are as a result of Man's everyday advancement or smartness. The more the discoveries and innovation,
the more threats we are prone to.
We discovered automobiles to ease our daily lives, but we suffer from the resultant effect of the end product of it - fumes from the cars, lorries, cycles etc takes our lives in return for the innovation. It is a good discovery to see something that covers miles in just a few minutes and hours, than for legs to go for months or years.
We can't however stop to discover but we can salvage the side effects by keeping our head above the water.
There are things you should do every day to stay healthy in spite of the imperfect world. Take them as being mandatory - a compulsory routine you have to do everyday.
DRINK ENOUGH WATER
We often underestimate the power of water. Water resolves, prevents, repairs a lot of problems in our body. Some time ago, I went to see a sister who is a chemist. She had a customer who had gone for malaria and typhoid test but all read negative. He wasn't convinced of the result in the report sheet. He went to another Laboratory for another test, still, the same report was given. He was confused affirming to the chemist that he's sure he's having Malaria fever as his urine was yellowish. Obviously, there was something wrong in his system as he complained of a recurring headache and sluggishness.
It took me time to respond to him until I heard from him that his "urine is yellowish". Since the days I knew of the trick of water therapy, I have been liberated from the same issue he complained of. I quickly asked him if he drinks water very often. He replied no! Only when he eats he drinks water. I advised him to resort to drinking water immediately. Not only that, but every morning from 6 am to 6:30 am, he should wake up and take at least 2 glasses of water repeatedly every day and take enough water after eating. A few days later, my sister called me to say the patient was looking to thank me for the advice and since then, he's been living very fine.
Water has a lot to do for you. Aside from its digestive functions, one undeniable job it does is to flush out all toxic materials that may be deposited in the body. It is needed in enough quantity to transport the waste materials to where they will be ejected easily. It aids metabolism. When there is a shortage of water, the body quickly reacts to let you know what it needs. But most of us often confuse its symptoms to that of Malaria and Typhoid.
EAT ENOUGH FRUITS AND VEGETABLE/SUPPLEMENTS.
As we grow old, the pollution from the environment negatively affects us. This causes most of our body cells to die off. When these cells die, it becomes a problem for some organs of the body to function properly. Something is needed to revitalise and produce more cells to keep up the organs. This is where most cancerous cells come in and take their place. Most nutrients are embedded in plants: Vitamins, Proteins etc. Fruits repair the worn out tissues and cells, leaving you staying healthy always. Perhaps a lot of people eat fruits and still develop problems which result from either inadequacy or deficiency of some vitamins and minerals gotten from these fruits. Most people do not take them in right quantity and quality hence the essence of supplements. I am not recommending any form of supplement for you. Consult your Doctor for more advice.
EXERCISE
When you become inactive for a long period of time, the body system becomes weak and may be prone to attack.
You have to keep them up by exercising regularly. You do not have to be in the Gym to achieve this. Right in your room, backyard or an open space, you can do this. A 10 minutes jogging would do something. Stretching also is a good form of exercising. Above all, any intentional act that can improve the heart's beating would suffice.
Do these three things always, and come tell me right here what you feel.
All the same, see your doctor for more advice.
