A Plate of Boiled Clams for Stamina

Many say, that shellfish is very useful to increase the vitality of men, especially when wanting to have sex on bed. This night is so cold, the cool air and the black clouds indicate that there will be rain soon. I intend to spend the night at home, with my beloved wife.

Shortly after returning from a friend, bringing him a piece of knowledge about steemit and blockchain, I stopped at a stall, which provides boiled shellfish, complete with marinade. In addition to satisfying the hunger, as well as to prove, that the shell will make me become a mighty man LOL.

I immediately called the stall waiter, and asked him to provide a plate of boiled clams, too, asked him to choose a medium-sized shell, not too big and not too small. He went straight to the kitchen, and prepared it for me.

Not to forget also, I ordered a glass of warm milk and a glass of warm water.

Now, a plate of boiled clams has been in front of me, before eating, I had time to interact with the seller of this stew.

Where did these shells come from?

Then, he replied:

These shellfish we get from local collectors, the collectors are in the sea close to this city also

I'm certainly very excited, this mussel meat is still fresh, and has a delicious taste. My guess is right, I ate one by one of these shells, and dipped it into the ready-made peanut spice.

I have use up a plate of boiled shellfish, not enough, I asked him to provide another plate. Imagine, I ate two plates at once. Hope to see my wife soon, at home. Xixi

A few hours later, I began to feel the energy. You can try it, or you have a different body immune than me, you can just spend 3 plates of this boiled shell. Many benefits you can get, especially as I have mentioned above earlier.

  • Controlling blood and cholesterol levels
  • For pregnant women
  • And much more

However, I advise you not to consume too many shellfish, because the results of some studies have shown, that if too much consume shellfish, can cause cancer. Eat once for at least 1 week.
