Skin Mapping! (What is Happening On The Inside.. Shows Up On the Outside)

Do you break out a lot? Severe acne? Rosacea? No topical creams are working?

A better approach to healing your acne and other skin problems is best resolved through holistic medicine. Also knowing the areas on your face and body that are linked to your internal organs. I will be talking about the face and what areas on your face are linked to your internal organs. 

So, if you are experiencing acne in certain areas of your face it means your organ that is connected to that area of your face is very toxic and means you need to detox that organ and probably the whole body. Everything is connected and flushing your whole system is best for optimal skin results and longer life longevity.  

The skin is the largest organ of the body! It is connected to the other organs inside your body, so as the saying goes...As Within, So Without! If you want to improve your skin simply figure out the cause and eliminate those symptoms once and for all.

1. Forehead

* The forehead is connected to the liver and gallbladder. Excessive fat consumption and or too much alcohol is reflected in this area of your face. Minimize alcoholic drinks, and stay away from processed fats and even balance yourself with healthy fats. Replace your coffee drinks for herbal teas! Herbal teas daily are good for natural detoxing of your body to heal effectively. More specifically teas good for detoxing your liver and gallbladder are milk thistle and burdock root!

2. Between The Eyebrows

* This area is known as your third eye. The area between your eyebrows is connected to your stomach and liver.

* Reduce consumption of coffee, reduce other caffeine substances, reduce alcohol, reduce sugar, and reduce processed foods! Eliminating and or reducing these products will greatly help any digestive issues you ay be experiencing and decreasing acne between the eyebrows. 

3. Temples And Brow Lines

* This area correlates to the kidneys. If you are experiencing breakouts here then you are dehydrated and overworked your kidneys. 

* Low back pain is another symptom that is connected to this. Drink more water and eat more green superfoods.

*eating more dark green leafy vegetables such as kale, spinach, swiss chard, broccoli, purple cabbage, and so on. Fruits to eat are berries, apples, kiwi, and other juicy fruits with high water content and antioxidants. 

4. Under The Eyes

* This area is connected to your stomach, kidneys, and liver. If you experience puffy, dark circled eyes then reduce or remove alcohol consumption, caffeine, sugar, and processed foods. 

*Drink plenty of water, herbal teas, and move your body daily. Make sure to get enough rest and sleep. 

5. Bridge Of Nose And Upper Area Of Cheeks

* This area is connected to your heart! 

* Symptoms such as Rosacea occur commonly here. If you have red cheeks and blemishes in this area then start eating healthy fats. Replacing your unhealthy fats with alternative fast such as avocados, coconut oil, olive oil, flax seeds, and chia seeds. 

6. Middle Region Of The Cheeks

* This area is connected to the stomach and lungs! This area is also very common for rosacea to appear in along with breakouts and hyper pigmentation! 

* Consider removing common allergens dairy, soy, and wheat. Alkalize your body with green leafy juices or dark green leafy salads and vegetables. Reduce acid forming products alcohol, caffeine, sugar, and processed foods.

7. Lower Cheeks And Nose

* This region is connected to the stomach and and liver as well. This area is prone to wrinkles, and breakouts. This occurs because of poor food choices, stress, and toxic build-up!

* Eat less processed foods, do an elimination diet. Do a juice cleanse or water fast to really fix your gut and liver! But please be careful when doing so, do your research. 

8. Mouth Region

* The mouth region is also associated with your stomach! 

*Consider food sensitivities. Remove dairy, soy, wheat, GMO, and other processed foods.  

* Add more green vegetables and leafy greens in your diet. do an elimination diet! 

9. Jawline

* This area is connected to your reproductive system and colon system. 

* The breakouts here are triggered by hormonal stress. for women,  A consistent menstrual cycle can help with healthy hormone function.

* During a menstrual cycle, women should include a lot of greens and hydrating foods. Keep stress levels low and get enough sleep.
