Wellness is the key to so many things .Travelling for reasons of pleasure or for any other reasons .To stay fit and able to do the normal chores ,around the house. For the younger to exercise and do all what one wants to do especially at ones place of work. When one talks about being well, one should be well physically and mentally. All this attributes to being well.
Having food on the table, a balanced meal. Eating a good two times a day, and plenty of water ,at least seven to eight glasses per day .Do not forget fruits. They should be eaten at least two hours before a major meal. Do not skip your breakfast. Most times its taken not so early because of work by the youngsters.
If one is disciplined and organized one tends to take warm water when one gets up, exercise, shower and breakfast .Mentally too i should stay healthy. If one is aware that the attitude is generally of well being.One has to live in the now and read positive books. Easier said then done, one has to say NO to drugs and not once too, just for experiencing . Mix with positive people only.. THEN only wellness is here to stay.
