Do you really know what's in cows milk? Should we really be drinking it?
Here you have a picture of your regular cows milk, whole milk, skimmed milk, semi skimmed milk on your left and on your right is a picture of plantbased nut and soya milk.
So first off we're going to start of with the cows milk, cows milk is in a range of shop bought mostly processed foods and what we put in our teas and coffees. what most people are unaware of is that cows milk actually contains a certain amount of the cows puss and blood form the there abscesses. Not only is that very cruel on the cows to be used and used to provide lots of milk when they a clearly not well but also the poor calves are taken away form there mums and either killed for meat or raised to provide milk.
The cows are also pumped with lots of hormones so that they genetically modified and are able produce more milk. But not only does the cow consume the hormones all the cow milk drinkers do too. So if you've ever wondered by your ache is so bad or maybe your menstrual female periods are a lot worse, hormonal levels and also your general health. We'll thats all because your bodies consuming extra hormones that it doesn't and shouldn't need.
However on the other hand you can opt for a plantbased soya or nut milk witch doesn't contain any of the above ,no cruelty involved and is so much healthier for you. The milks contain lots of natural calcium, B12, protein and so much more.
So why opt to drink bloody, puss, hormone, toxic filled milk that involves cruelty to animals.
When you can drink plant-based milks for your health and for this planet.
This post is not to offend anyone but just to tell my lovely steemit friends the real and honest truth as to why I dorm drink it myself but only plantbased milks. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks Jasmine
I don't touch the stuff. Its toxic.
It definitely is. Good on you ✨🌿
Love the health consciousness arising on this platform :)
I switched to soy milk aswell. It's pretty horrible the pus in cow's milk and not to mention the IGF-1 hormone that is linked to certain cancers.
