I shut mine off at night and find it might easier to fall asleep. Now if I could only shut off the smart meters I'd sleep like a baby.

I'm really sorry to hear that you got a "smart meter." This is what I would do:

  1. Install a shield cover such as this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OVJCPS6/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00OVJCPS6&linkCode=as2&tag=electricsense-20&linkId=82e649ef66e93f1963eb084008e88400
  2. Behind the wall where the smart meter is installed, I would cover it with Mu-Metal: http://www.4ehsbyehs.com/rf-protection/elf-blocking-mu-metal
  3. Since I probably couldn't get all my neighbors to do the same, I would add a Faraday canopy over my bed: http://www.radmeters.com/HF-Canopy-box-shape-for-double-beds-from-NEW-DAYLITE-fr.html Along with floor mat: http://www.radmeters.com/Floor-mat-from-HNV80-double-bed-fr.html (These aren't cheap, but they last for a long time, and if you want the best protection, even from cell towers, I haven't found a better option. Remember to keep the pets out of your bedroom though.)

Why do pets need to be kept out?

I love cats a lot.
But that canopy costs almost USD$1,200. I simply can't let my pets destroy it every week... It's also why I only have solid blinds instead of fabric curtains in my house.

And sitting next to any of them can't be good... thanks I will look into this one.

Yup, previously I've warned people about the danger of wifi https://steemit.com/wifi/@tanshin/wifi-and-microwaves-are-more-dangerous-than-you-think . I only mention this router now because a few of my friends need wifi for their work and were asking me about it.

Here is another take on those pesky waves: https://steemit.com/health/@kyusho/emf

I actually have that mat on my bed, along with another earthing plate I use while watching TV or using computer. Earthing is important and beneficial to health.
