Health benefits: Skin Glowing, Strech marks, acne, scars and smooth skin recipe.

I have been looking for way to break this down for a long time, but still I didn’t figure it out but I will see how it will go. First of all what causes dull skin? That you need it to glow? You see in our daily routine we concentrate on so many things and forget about our skin, some people don’t even think it matters because they feel is not noticeable, but hunny it matters a lots in life.
When you have a healthy skin, you can go anywhere without feeling ashame of yourself or anything and you can mingle with any body.
So what causes dull skin sometimes is our food we eat, water we use, cream and not drinking enough water or we don’t take our bath regularly, so for glowing skin I would love to share my recipe;
Ingredients:

1. Coconut oil
2. Olive oil
3. Shea butter
4. Vitamin E
5. Lemon zest
6. Carrot
7. Orange zest
   For the coconut oil, it should be same quantity with the
   Olive oil and Shea butter then the vitamin E capsules it depends on the quantity of the oils mixed together, for lemon zest is either you dry the peel or you use greater, same goes for the orange also, for the carrot is either you cut it into small pieces or grate it also, when all your ingredients is ready mixed everything together and put it on a low fire and allow it for 30-40 minutes , allow it cool and sieve it keep the mixed oil in a clean container you can apply that on your body in the morning or at night before going to bed for fast result, I hope you find this very helpful.
