In this opportunity I want to share a simple and delicious dish that I particularly like to prepare, Chicken Strogonoff. If you dare to prepare it, I'm sure you'll love it.
With very few ingredients, very good things arise. Here is my recipe:
Note: the oil used is olive
Chop the chicken breast into pieces.
Heat the oil in a large skillet with a lid and sauté the chicken with the onion and crushed garlic until the breast is lightly browned.
Add the tomato, the broth and remove
Add the morron and the cut mushrooms in sheets. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, with the pan covered until the chicken is tender. Remove the casserole from the heat, add the yogurt and mix.
You can accompany it with rice or whole wheat pasta.
